'could be' imo, that if a related entity wanted to vend in a large asset here.. ie: about $500mil.... maybe they'd wait till those options expire later this year(?)

the 200,000 warrants evans has 'could' still net him $800k or so if said deal occurred after the options expiration (obviously depending on how the deal was structured... I'm guestimating full 100mil o/s is used therefore making each share worth around $5...etc...etc)

OR if said deal actually occurred prior to options expiration he'd make:
1,000,000 options at .15, so 4.85/sh val or:
$4,850,000
and
200,000 warrants at 1 so $4 sh val
$800,000

I doubt he gets handed $5,650,000 though


that said, 'maybe' this pretend deal can never happen... maybe it happens >= 2016.... maybe we get r/s first...etc....etc

Evans has been here a loooooong time with no payday though... something's 'got to give'
