The only way "anyone" should be able to buy shares at 0.0023 or lower, is if the company "doesn't" give everyone an update on all the things they've been working on the last two weeks. Now that the selling is just about done, would be a perfect time to start releasing some real positive news releases. Any upward move from here, would give this stock a "higher base" from which it can really take off from, when some "exceptionally good news is announced"!!!! Florida
