Riviera Tool LLC is who was purchased by Tesla. I suspect that when the dust settles people will discover that RIVT the public company whose name was Riviera Tool Company Inc lost all their assets and during a liquidation a new private company called Riviera Tool LLC was formed, purchased all the assets of RIVT and it is a private LLC that Tesla acquired not RIVT.
