We are looking at the same PR and unfortunately I'm not wearing rose colored glasses.

The FACT that they wont convert to commons makes the commons toxic, if the BOD aren't willing to convert their SAFE preferreds to commons means they have a plan for commons...............

I know I know Dror has "publicy announced" that he isn't reversing -

How much is his word worth? and what force of law was his pronouncement?
