One has to begin to wonder if the delay is actually caused by Hitor's inability to pay the auditors thus causing the auditors to hold up the filing. I see no reason for this MAJOR filing delay. It isn't as though Hitor has a complicated filing, they also have no business to speak of to date. This delay to me just seems longer than a reasonable person would expect.
