'Midwestrader'? Correction! he didn't PAY FOR anything! the "Shareholders" did!

As it was "Their Investments" (which they've since lost), into the company's piggybank that was USED to payoff the company's debts!

Including Court costs and fees!

Why do you think the PPS took a sudden dive to hell from all the diluting?

If you started out with $1000 and following all the diluting and R/S'es you end up with $100, you think the $900 loss just disappeared into thin air?


NO!

It still exists!

It only Exchanged hands from YOUR's to THEIR's!

you can thank the company's Diluting that took down the PPS to NO BID for that!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
