Does anyone know if we need to do anything to be included in the settlement? I have large losses from this holding like many others.

I hope this message finds you well. Or at all, for that matter.
Yesterday counsel for the class suing CCME and counsel for Deloitte jointly filed a proposed settlement calling for Deloitte to pay $12MM into a fund that will be used to reimburse the class for some of its losses. It is a small portion of what we all lost, but it is better than nothing. Presumably the funds will be deposited with an agent for the class once the settlement is approved.
