The Defendants have, simply, asked for more time.

They have more work to do, because Eyetalk365 amended the original complaint.

Eyetalk365 are not objecting to the request.

The request will be granted by the Court.

The case will now go on longer.

They're unlikely to appear in Court by October.

BUT the defendants' request for the case to be dismissed remains live, and has yet to be decided on.

In short: there's no 'news'.
