fuagf -- a somewhat active afternoon/evening for the peak of the season -- current storms reports map (from/detail at http://www.spc.noaa.gov/climo/reports/today.html ; will update):

mostly smaller/weaker tornadoes, a few of a bit of size/strength; has been some damage as (particularly in the vicinity of Oklahoma City) some populated areas have been affected -- no intense tornadoes, at least not that hit anything, from what I've seen; reports obviously still coming in, activity ongoing (fairly impressive BIG-hail tornado-warned [confirmed - http://kamala.cod.edu/offs/KSJT/1505070308.wfus54.html ] cell now about 100 miles to my WNW ( http://radar.weather.gov/radar_lite.php?product=N0R&rid=FWS&loop=no / http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/radar_lite.php?rid=FWS&product=N0R&loop=yes ; will update):

absent additional near-term development to the south of that activity, looks to be quiet for the night here ( http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/southplains_lite.php / http://radar.weather.gov/ridge/Conus/southplains_lite_loop.php ; will update) -- you can see the storms really aren't going much of anywhere; plenty of instability, but the winds aloft are weak (with stronger aouthwesterlies aloft, this day would have been more significant):
