SUPERMAN,

Regular retail brokerage customers CANNOT SHORT PINKS. THE BOKERAGES WILL NOT DO IT.

I have talked to my brokerage(SCOTTRADE)MANAGER several times and have been told THEY DO NOT ALLOW SHORTING PINK STOCKS.

I also called several others brokerages and got the same answer.
