I've kind of been out of the loop since the debacle of the shareowners' meeting in Vegas several months back. Who owns Thunderball? ATIG or DB? If DB owns it, I doubt the ATIG investors will see one penny. And if ATIG does get money from Thunderball, to what use will it be put? As long as there is a "freeze", nothing is going to happen. IMO.
