You may want to look at the share issuance history. If there really are close to 4 billion shares out right now, that means close to 2 billion shares were dumped in just a few months.

Some investors thought there was little or no dilution. Now they find that they are getting diluted into the ground. It may take a little while for the stock price to trade in the quadruple zeros from triple zeros, but it is obvious that is where it is going.
