was talking with an associate who was a pcob auditor and now is retired. he brought up a very good point to me that i did not consider on why the 10k is late. i am not saying this is the reason but could be. pazoo has invested serious money into its subsidiary companies. some auditors leave the investment valuation on its face value of the investment itself. other auditors want to look at total money invested in the subsidiary venture and then also have a third party valuation of the subsidiary bc they feel its important for disclosure reason to report whether the value of the subsidiary has a depressed value below the actual money invested by the parent or an enhanced value above and beyond the actual money invested by the parent company. the problem with this is it takes several weeks if not longer sometimes to get that third party valuation. second problem with this in pazoo's case is it would be almost impossible to properly value the subsidiary companies bc this is an industry that is only just beginning and more importantly if it was a dispensary it would be easy to value and if it was a grow facility it would be more difficult but still possible to value it. however, pazoo is in the testing side and there really is no historical data that can be drawn upon for conclusions. my associate tells me the valuation should be taken based on money invested but he gathers that this is the hold up bc the parent company numbers are real easy to create based on the first three quarters already being done and only adding in the fourth quarter. again not saying this is the case but makes total sense to me especially bc its coming from a professional.

lastly, i was getting very nervous bc in the past a company would get an e on the symbol and if it did not meet the dead line would get dropped. this is no longer the case. pzoo is already on the pinks but is fully reporting. the only ramification is it will continue to trade with the yield sign on unlit it becomes current. big sigh of relief on my part bc i was getting nervous. i read through the otc markets regs and confirmed this. if this drags on much longer i may start to add to my position anyway. going to give it a few more days before i make a decision
