What does this portion of the sentence mean: "which shall be forty-five percent (45%) of the outstanding
Class A Membership Interests after taking into account the issuance".

Did we get 75 pecent of someone's 45 percent??
Are there other Classes of Membership besides Class A??

I feel like I need to do Chinese Arithmetic to figure it out, but it makes my head hurt, LOL!!
