PPCH management is now paying a professional pumping company tens of thousands of dollars to pump PPCH. PPCH has zero operating revenues yet they use shareholder money to pump the stock, not use it for real stuff like R&D. I could see paying a pumper company if you have some revenue but pumping your stock with unproven statements with money you don't actually have is a pump and dump.
