Yeah really.....and as others have mentioned....i think they want to wait 10 business days from May 1st and that 8k......and get all the 'illegal' or misnomer shares back first, thereby lowering the OS ...then release the news...which would be mid-month.

Par value as stated for conversion was supposed to be @ .001 --- so say someone converted 10 million shares @ .0005 -- they need to return 5 mil.....: this is a big deal that could greatly impact the pps of course, and comes at such the perfect time.

But who knows, we aint insiders so it could drop any single solitary moment-!
