Noob,

I'm here for the same reasons. Debt free is the top one. As for Hilton Head, I liked vacationing there so much we moved here about 5 years ago. The best investment I've ever made. Our house has more than doubled in value. I'm glad we came when we did or I never would have been able to afford it now. It's alot like stocks, get in early while the shares are cheap. Hopefully that is what we are doing here. Best to you and yours.
