For Starters... every stock is at risk of dilution especially

small caps... so what's your point? Anyone that has been here for awhile knows how careful Kidrin (CEO) has been to protect shareholders... the bulk of his comp is in shares so... smart choice by him.

Personally, I have made my last purchase until Markman results are posted. Not that I don't think this is a screaming buy but because it will force Hudson to go lower and lower in their sell prices and that is the game that is being played right now.

Don't worry about the paper loses we all have on this one... the value of this stock is still unknown. That is why Hudson is selling. Once Markman comes out, then the value goes up and those paper loses will be erased.

If this goes below .06/share, I will become a buyer again but for now... let Hudson make the hard choices.
