There is nothing to debate. The scam has unfolded share count nearly maxed and they will not put another dime into the turd. The just have enough to say they have a business in preparation for an AS double or RS. The scam will continue selling worthless paper as it has for years and any significant bid will be taken out by insiders who know this is a worthless shell. All there is is a 1-2 tick flip here as long as they have this rediculous wanna be pot network that would take 10's-100's of millions to fund. They can't even find a web page so the rest is all comedy IMO on topic and on point
