Ryan- I coach and train in many sports-that's pretty much been my life. That's why I appreciate you MB Cyclical and a few others here that try and help others out. Keep your workouts high intensity but short. Longer training just uses your body up. I'm 58 squatted up to 400lbs as few as 5 years ago but will now have a hip replaced in a week. After you pass 50 your body will remind you of everything you've done the previous years. It's like your bank account and your life experiences. If you've planned them well you are in good shape. If you haven't let's just say you will know it. I may be bringing in a little bigger money in the next couple of weeks to play both sides. 30000 shares or so.
