i know the stock is on a little mini run right now. if you had not taken profits then take them at .012 and above. i obviously could be wrong but i just see these convertible note seller who are getting their stock at a half penny and below unloading the moment they can. this is a good thing bc the sooner they are done selling the sooner we can hopefully explode to the upside. its going to take news but i am a believer. i will have to admit i am getting a little concerned that the 10k is not filed. i did call them the other day and again they just said they are working on the 10k. i understand they can not tell me anything about it but they did say they are pushing forward on the first quarter and that should be filed very shortly after the 10k
