Jersey?? problem is for us with restricted shares - due to this transaction - many brokers will hold the shares not as the symbol - but as a number - so they will not follow the the share price changes. - nor be tradeable (well beyond the 144 restriction period).

This is due to the fact that the brokers need to see past SEC documentation in good order for it to trade as a symbol.

Schwab has told me this about how they will mark the dividend in my account.
