It all comes down to manipulation and intent. If you don't know SEC law, then don't waste more of my time.

He didn't post 100s of bash posts since last August without manipulative intent given he now admits to buying the stock at times and flipping it.

And how the fark do you know who he is influencing here? Sadly, some wouldn't know his manipulative history.
