I'll repost the J/V with KSW and energomash.
BTW. I did telephone KSW Inc.(the other KSW) and they told me that they were aware of the joint venture but it wasn't them and that they had been asked that question many times before.

KSWJ is the only KSW that has reported a J/V in previous PR's.
Let the others deduce what they want with the info they have.
For the price... this is a great risk reward venture.
