Was Anyone Here to Approve This Back in 2011? Besides Regulatory, It says it got approval from shareholders too..
The 250:1 RS was effective the day of the PR. Certainly a rude awakening, if for some reason you were busy with life, not paying attention, then one day checked.. SURPRISE !!!
