Update as i said i would...my government contact has not heard anything back from the sister agency as of yet(the person was out for an extended period and has just returned)...however my contact did mention that if there was a parallel investigation or a case that has been previously opened that as a courtesy the sister agency would notify my contact in the form of a memorandum that this indeed was the situation...as of today no other party has contacted the person to whom i have been conversing with about the allegations that have been made regarding any CSM employee and subsequent actions(we had previous conversations regarding criminal conspiracy and use of RICO statutes-its actually quite amazing how much you can learn by just asking obvious questions and the willingness to give answers to them from an "investigative body's" point of view imo)...r
