Edit: I talked to IR 30 minutes ago, he said they are putting out a PR tomorrow, about Twyns and I asked about the properties and he said I will have to wait for the PR. I asked if it was good news and he said he has not heard otherwise.

My edit: I am relaying exactly what he told me and that's it. I called because I was curious about the PR everyone keeps referring to. Also he seemed a little irritated probably because astute investors keep calling to ream him over the stock price, that's my opinion.
