If there's a draw it won't be more than a million. Because let's face it. Gas prices are still relatively expensive. Because refineries are inflating the price like 30% due to "lack of supply" of gasoline and due to refinery in maintenance mode. So demand for oil will not be as great as expected due to people taking advantage of the cheap gas(which wasn't that low for very long). The draw IMHO will just be a temporary delayed market draw for the momentary increase of demand that did take place.
