I am hoping that be mid June things start to happen. At least the DLS acquisition and the 5 million shares returned to RXPC by the ex-COO. If RXPC retires those 5 million shares that are returned it would bring the total O/S down to about 60.5 million. So far the float has always remained the same at 12.5 million but we will have to wait for the next NOBO/OBO list to be posted on the website to verify. Very, very low share structure here. Also annual stock dividend to be paid on June 20th, 2006 to all shareholders of record as of June 4th 2006. This will not increase the float hardly at all. Future dividends will be cash dividends as the company performs which will not increase the float at all. GLTA
