they were your questions! i think you asked about why would they sell down here and not wait for news and sell higher. if i remember thats what you asked. pull up my previous posts about them giving up potential higher returns in exchange for risk aversion. i do not blame them. its a sound business model. just ruthless in its execution but very sound. and add in the fact you have 3 or more convert note guys fighting over eachother to get best prices. they end up fighting amongst themselves. they rather sell quickly and get out bc they are concerned that the other convert note guys are going to sell and push price down.

thats why i am telling everyone to be ready with your cash bc in my opinion this is going to be the last chance anyone will have to ever buy this stock at these prices. this is of course if you believe the company will be releasing significant fundamental news. i just think with nevada and colorado and oregon that the dominos will just start falling and this will make an epic run. and yes, i am not only drinking the cool aide but drinking the cool aide that is heavily spiked
