2 bc i read all of the filings for the past two and a half years.

3 vista and jmj will be converting right after the filing and maybe typenex but small for them. jsj and iconic are all done with their conversions but i have no clue if they sold all their stock or if they still have shares left that they could not sell wehn pzoo went delinquent

4. between 25 to 50 million shares i estimate
