Bill is in Ukraine as far as everyone knows. He went there right after he took a photo of him and Roger at HC building showing they are delivering paper to HC which I think was the wrong building any ways.

Right after that Bill popped up in Ukraine we can only speculate why but he's been there for months with no news of any business deals going on so its either a holiday or hiding to see if he gets subpoenaed for the hearing. This ways he's already out of the country.

Best part of that is his lawyers didn't know how to properly file for a judicial review and when they dropped it all the long and pampers were posting that HC gave up and gave the license to CEN


I also send an Access to Information request to get a copy of the rejection letter.
