Now there's a nice racket. Fork out $20K, and immediately try to dump at 01. A 100% gain if they can keep the PPS from crashing below 01. Where the last PR about another played out well in Oklahoma was the pump, before the dump.

Interesting how these scams never offer the retail investor the same deal as their buddies. Instead of selling at 01, retail gets to buy at 01, and watch the effect of share dilution driving the PPS down.

Maybe the ethical microcap CEO of the Year, needed to bulk up his next paycheck?
