Not only was the koka deal mentioned in the 10k but it also went into detail explaining the financing and spin out and such. Would be highly disappointed if this was made up.

The only thing that concerns me with the koka deal is that the 10k called it koka creative. I cannot really find much on koka creative. This board kinda made the jump from "creative" to "consultants" and the Salmon guy. Are we sure this is the same company?
