If the otc world was fair and made sense with any play or company, you would never find undervalued plays, and it wouldn't be as fun ... haven't looked into $IFXY much other than today's 8k ... no idea if it is undervalued, fairly valued, or overvalued ... tons of factors in play with every public company besides 'fundamentals' or 'technicals' that give reason for a share price ...
