If you look above this post you will see a great deal of information. If you go to the companies web site you will find even more. The web is also a great resource to find information by searching PoNS device. It is my guess that 1000's of development stage companies lack revenues and have thinly traded markets. The fact that the company has raised funding using their public vehicle is the reason they went public in the first place, I am thinking. At the end of the day though it appears they may have a device that greatly changes lives. JMO
