You cannot get a definite answer about WHEN the move to the OTCBB will take place. We know it was delayed by the merger.
After all of the merger filings are complete, there is a mandatory waiting period before the new company can be listed on a higher exchange. The company announced after the merger that they are still going to move to the OTCBB, so I would expect it to happen within six weeks to two months. That's just my own estimate, and that's why I am accumulating now.
