Are you now ready to concede that HP is not e.Digital's customer? And if e.Digital has no direct relationship to HP, then I'm sure you would agree that it is misleading to keep promoting the idea that EDIG may be involved in HPs new products.

Also, this has already been pointed out to you. According to NEWe.Long, the following was previously on the FAQ page on the EDIG web site as of 2/26/03 (looks like it was posted from the web cast):

Q: I was excited to read about Edigital`s partnership with Softeq and Hewlett Packard. Please let us know whether Hewlett Packard is committing any funds to the project

A: (FF) Absolutely! Per my presentation this partnership with Softeq, as well as the connection with HP and with the ultimate OEM customer provide a significant revenue source for us. HP commissioned the first product and is funding it. e.Digital is a subcontractor and is paid through Softeq.
