They are currently working out the lease agreements. I was told it will be very beneficial to both parties otherwise they wouldn't of made the agreement. almost like a triple net lease... CGRA cannot charge for any growing related expenses but all other expenses can be charged. In the end CGRA will get a healthy % of revenue from the 1st license under wild fire and the other 2 licenses down the road that can be used on the same parcel of land

This is the closest you can get to a public company growing cannabis. Being a public company makes you at risk by the Feds to seize your business/money. All companies that claim to be growing cannabis or applying for licenses

A. Don't understand the laws
B. Are full of sht and are a scam

CGRA and wildfire cannabis company are the real deal
