I've tried him multiple times and with this coming lawsuit against Grushkin I can only assume that this case holds up the financing. The last time I talked with the IR Joel he said he couldn't speak on really anything. The call was brief. I have no other choice than to remain hopeful that Joel's word will turn out. Joel in one of my last conversations seemed hopeful as well and wanted to make investors "whole again". As of now many are in the hole and look to the many promises made turn out to be a reality. Not much trust found among investors. No volume its a waiting man's game no other choice.
