hell if i know exactly. anyone that tells you the perfect price is just making it up. all i am saying is we know the convert note guys will be unloading right after the 10k is filed. so to buy right now i think is crazy from that stand point. however to own pzoo at $.012 is still a great price. i just think there will be an opportunity to get cheaper shares. all you have to do is look at other deals JMJ and typenex have been in and when they convert they unload and i bet they tell their trader they did not get out fast enough. you also have vista thats going to convert but i have no clue how they are at selling. the other question is if JSJ and iconic who converted before the 10K being late still have any shares left. if they do then i am guessing there to be more than 30 million coming out and maybe as much as 45 plus million. no one knows for sure. but i bet there is at least 50 million plus, maybe even more than 75 mill plus worth of bargain hunters at .0095 and above ready to scoop up what comes in. i will tell you that i can see very choppy trading when this happens for a few days bc bargain hunters will be looking to get in below a penny and if it does drop to there then they will chase it right back up in my opinion. the lack of volume today is a clear indication to me that the profit takers are mostly done and will be ready to re-enter in a big way when the time comes. if anyone is able to pick the exact bottom it is nothing more than dumb luck. me personally i will be putting in bids at .011 and scaling down. i am not concerned at all about eating thru this supply. the question you have to ask yourself is if you believe the news is about to start in a big way and continue. if you do believe that then we are getting set for an epic run. i still hold strong on my prediction for a test of the 6 cent level. yeah monkey (LOL) i know there are all tech levels in between. i leave that prognosticating up you you. i think we have about 2 to 3 days of heavy selling and then a few days where the selling starts to subside and the stock starts a move north after the first few days when the selling starts to subside.
