Personally, I think what is happening here is business genius. Wits being acquired will bring the money that both click and RDSH are missing to finish and launch clickzie. The aquisition of WITS makes RDSH and Click look like a much stronger and bigger rev producing company, that will bring biger and better investors, immediately. That's how they plan to get Klickzie off the ground. Spend 9m now to make 12 or more every year after, how's that not smart. Not to mention the new investor wave....
