The R/S news is going to drive the PPS much lower, but the PPS will be good soon after the R/S with very low float. The company hasn't done much dilution from what we have seen here in the trading pattern in a daily basis since the last R/S. Hold or backup, it's all on your desire. I am going to ride it out.

Realistic, what is your input about the new R/S?
