well he posted he forwarded it to s/u also, who apparently chose not to share it. Stocken has 86 grand in the tank on this one, I don't think he needs to make up more bad news to share.

Received this email from Mr. Fan this morning.
Dear Shareholder,
It's very unfortunate you've bought into the PR's like some many others. Frank
will pay for his misdeed but it will take some effort and money to do so. As
for QTN, it's really over. TMM is just a shell now with no valuable assets.
I will be working on the future of TMM but it does not look bright at this
moment. Give me a few more weeks to decide if we can get anything out of TMM or
will BK be it's fate.

dk, I received the email at 5:35 this morning est. I sent stock-up a copy to show the authenticity.
Personally, I appreciated a response in general. I did not think that I would receive one. I thought the email could have been written a little better. Then again, I did get a response.
I think that TMM will rise again under a new name and us current shrareholders would be screweeedd. (I hope I'm wrong)
Overall, the email does convey to me that the Mr. Fan also stated that Frank did some bad things. I'm not a lawyer but it does seem that way. S-
