Lamerica, be very careful in comparing the states. Nevada is the standard bearer for the rest of the country. Oregon it seems is likely to adopt very similar testing standards as nevada from what i am hearing. remember, nevada has batch testing of every five pounds thats grown. colorado now has mandatory testing but it does not say anything about batch testing. batch testing is the key. connecticut is batch testing but every 10 pounds. maine is going to batch testing. i have researched this pretty extensively before i got seriously involved in owning the shares. and i continue to stay on top of whats happening in each of the states. i do not see colorado being nearly as lucrative as nevada bc of the batch testing difference. i personally believe nevada can be several times larger in rev and profitability than colorado. if colorado goes to a batch testing regulation then the two states could be similar in rev and profits. i just do not think its smart to pigeoun hole nevada based on colorado.
