OK, so first, there is no "technology" and there has never been. The company has been in existence under one name or another for 15 years and more and has not show a model, a working prototype or anything of the kind. So there is no technology. Second, they NEVER SHOWED ANYTHING TO CONGRESS; THEY PARTICIPATED IN A HIGH SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY EVENT SPONSORED BY CONGRESS AND USED THAT TO TOUT THEIR IT TECHNOLOGY SO THAT THEY CAN ISSUE ANOTHER MISLEADING PR AFTERWARDS. Third, this is a fraudulent scheme which should be investigated by the SEC in which case the share price will go to 0.0001 in a heartbeat. I hear some people have submitted a signal to the SEC so the news can be out any time now.
