Effective March 7, 2012, the Company(HIPSO MULTIMEDIA, INC.) completed the acquisition of the Buildablock Assets. In addition, on April 13, 2012, the Board of Directors approved the sale of Valtech back to some or all of the original shareholders of Valtech for $1.00.

As a result of this sale, the Company on April 13, 2012, became a development stage company, as it continues the development of its social networking platform under the “Buildablock” name.
