yeah those are the ones they paid off. i know the principals over at jmj financial and they are ruthless. really bad. they will sell the stock aggressively and laugh at you in the process. just really bad. typenex is also really rough. these two can not sell fast enough. they actually complain to their traders that they did not get them out fast enough. iconic and vista are actually good guys but they have the agenda like i said before of liquidity over maximizing profits. this attitude greatly reduces the down side and thats the name of the game when you provide convertible notes to companies.

just to make it clear, i am a long all the way. i am a nut job drinking the cool aide on this one. i mean what industry is better than one that is mandated by the government. the state governments mandate testing and going forward those standards around the country are going to end up mirroring the nevada batch testing regs. in fact the regulators in maine are already trying to get several states together with legal medical marijuana and have them adopt batch testing. this is only going to get better going forward. and lastly there is nothing wrong with picking shares up at these prices. i think its a steal down here. however, if you can pick it up for 20 to 30% less then why not. just wait a day or two and you will see
