Can someone please explain what we are waiting for? Banks????????

Banks are good at giving a yes or no answer pretty quickly????

Have we been told no???????????????

Dose this mean we are applying at a different bank each week hoping for a better outcome???????????????

processing backend payments now????????

If we are processing backend payments with banks now, then why can't we get this off the ground?????????????

apps were going live July 2014?
apps were going live Jan 2015?
apps are going live in weeks?

Please explain??????????????
