I couldn't have said it better myself! THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED! AND TO MAKE DKTS SHARE HOLDERS SEEM DESPERATE TO EXCEPT ANY OFFER!

i think it is because he has been given a healthy stack of shares, options, and/or cash to "throw his weight around" as you say, all in service of the obvious goal we have been pointing out here lately -- to artificially inflate the ISBG stock price for better leverage in pricing the upcoming merger, while at the same time using NITE over the course of the past 5 months to depress DKTS's PPS to its current levels for the same purpose (except to lower DKTS's leverage, which only makes sense when it's the same person buying and selling DKTS to himself).

maybe they realized that the wash trading over there was pretty blatant, and that it was worth throwing down some cash/shares for a real promo campaign to bring in new money?
